Orders, Payments, and Cancellations

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

• Payments must be made in full at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed upon.

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
